Trivest Exits Unosquare After Transformative Partnership

Trivest Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm specializing in founder and family-owned businesses, has successfully exited its investment in Unosquare, LLC through a sale to Ridgemont Equity Partners.

Unosquare, a global digital engineering firm with over 1,000 professionals across the Americas and Europe, partnered with Trivest’s non-control fund, Trivest Growth Investment Fund (TGIF), in late 2020. During the partnership, Unosquare achieved significant growth, doubling its team and completing three strategic acquisitions.

CEO Giancarlo Di Vece expressed deep appreciation for the collaboration, highlighting the shared vision and operational support that helped propel Unosquare’s expansion. “Together, we doubled our team and integrated our first three acquisitions. I’m incredibly thankful for our team’s dedication and look forward to what’s next,” said Di Vece.

Trivest’s Managing Partner Jamie Elias called the partnership a “textbook example” of the firm’s growth-focused strategy, while Managing Director Mario R. Masrieh noted that Unosquare “nearly tripled in size,” significantly exceeding expectations.
